Shipping Information
**Please note that all shipping quotes given in the store are for US Domestic shipping ONLY**
If you live outside the USA you can email me for a quote at
info@silvercygnet.com or you can place your order and I will send you
an invoice for the total with all your shipping options and costs.
I do not charge "handling" and only charge for actual shipping and
materials. If you prefer Priority shipping there is no cost above the
priority rate since the materials are free from the post office.
First Class & Airmail Letter Post
Ponies and other items shipped this way will be in a bubble padded
envelope and I always wrap each pony in tissue paper as well. If I feel
that the things you have ordered may be damaged this way I will use the
smallest and lightest weight box I can find! I have successfully sent
all kinds of pony thing all over the world. Dream beauties arrived
unscathed in Australia and tiny accessories arrived safely in Norway.
Domestic shipments in this method usually arrive within 5-6 days,
a bit longer for some Airmail deliveries.
Domestic Priority Mail
Ponies and other goodies sent this way will be in a box provided by my
post office. If I think the flat rate box will make it cheaper I will
see if they fit neatly this way, but usually the regular, variable rate
is cheaper. Ponies are wrapped in tissue and then placed in the
box which will have plenty of other packing material if there would be
space for the ponies to rattle around. This shipment method takes
2-4 days most times of the year.
Global Priority Mail
This is a great option for certain types of orders, and I will advise
you if this would be better for you. It can be cheaper than Airmail in
some instances so I'll let you know in my invoice! In general it is
only a tiny bit quicker than Airmail.
Most of the pages with the items for sale include the shipping costs
for that type of item. Baubles & Trinkets items can be added easily
to any pony order, just check with me about cost before payment.
